I don't claim to know a lot about music, but I do know what I like. About a month ago, I ran across the song Pompeii by Bastille, and instantly fell in love with the cool vocals, moving harmonies, and awesome beats. I guess you could consider his music alternative, either way, he's super cool and after listening to his entire CD (that I had to order from the UK, so right about now I'm feeling extra hip) I have to say, I'm impressed. His EP, "Haunt" is available on iTunes, but he has a new album out, titled "Bad Blood."
I especially recommend it for fans of alternative music, but I think any music lover will enjoy it.
